この利用規約は、AkkyApps名義で公開しているアプリに適用されます。個別のアプリで別の規約を定める場合は、その規約が優先されます。
App Storeを通じて配布されるアプリは、販売ではなく利用許諾されるものです。App Storeアプリの利用には、Appleが定める標準使用許諾契約、またはお住まいの国・地域でAppleが適用する条件も適用されます。
アプリ購入およびアプリ内課金はAppleにより処理されます。AkkyAppsは、支払いカード情報を受け取ったり保存したりしません。
一部のアプリには、開発を応援するための任意のアプリ内課金が含まれる場合があります。アプリ内で明示されていない限り、任意の応援購入は機能解放を伴わず、アプリ利用に必須ではありません。
返金の申請および可否判断は、Appleの手続きおよび適用される法令に従います。

AkkyAppsは、技術上、法令上、App Store上、OS互換性上、または保守上の理由により、アプリまたは一部機能を更新、変更、一時停止、終了する場合があります。
各アプリのApp Storeページに記載されたOSバージョンおよび端末で動作するよう努めますが、将来のOSバージョン、端末、App Store要件、Apple APIとの永続的な互換性を保証するものではありません。
継続的な保守が難しい場合、AkkyAppsはアプリのサポートを終了し、または配信を停止することがあります。
アプリ内で作成または取り込んだコンテンツの管理およびバックアップは、利用者ご自身の責任で行ってください。端末故障、OS変更、利用者の操作、iCloudの挙動、その他AkkyAppsの合理的な管理を超える事情によるデータ消失について、適用法令で認められる範囲でAkkyAppsは責任を負いかねます。
アプリは、適用法令で認められる範囲で、現状有姿かつ提供可能な範囲で提供されます。AkkyAppsは、有用で信頼できるアプリの提供に努めますが、中断のない動作、エラーのない動作、または特定目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。
本規約のいかなる定めも、適用法令により除外または制限が認められない責任を除外または制限するものではありません。

These terms apply to apps published under the AkkyApps name, unless a specific app provides separate terms.
Apps distributed through the App Store are licensed to you, not sold. Your use of App Store apps is also subject to Apple’s standard licensed application end user license agreement or any other terms Apple applies to App Store purchases in your country or region.
App purchases and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. AkkyApps does not receive or store payment card information.
Some apps may include optional in-app purchases such as tips to support development. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the app, optional tips do not unlock app features and are not required to use the app.
Refund requests and refund eligibility are handled through Apple’s refund process and applicable laws:

AkkyApps may update, change, suspend, or discontinue apps or individual features when needed, including for technical, legal, App Store, OS compatibility, or maintenance reasons.
We aim to support the OS versions and devices listed in each app’s App Store page, but we do not guarantee permanent compatibility with future OS versions, devices, App Store requirements, or Apple APIs.
If continued maintenance becomes impractical, AkkyApps may end support for an app or remove it from distribution.
You are responsible for managing and backing up content you create or import into AkkyApps apps. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AkkyApps is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, OS changes, user operation, iCloud behavior, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. AkkyApps makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and reliable apps, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
