App Storeでのアプリ購入およびアプリ内課金はAppleにより処理されます。返金の申請および可否判断は、Appleの手続きおよび適用される法令に従います。
返金を希望される場合は、Appleの公式手続きから申請してください。

AkkyAppsは、各アプリのApp Storeページに記載されたOSバージョンおよび端末で動作するよう努めます。ただし、将来のOSアップデート、端末仕様、App Store要件、Apple API等の変更により、アプリの動作に影響が出る場合があります。
将来のすべてのOS・端末で永続的に動作することは保証していません。継続的な保守が難しい場合、機能変更、サポート終了、または配信停止を行うことがあります。

App purchases and in-app purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple. Refund requests and refund eligibility are handled through Apple’s refund process and applicable laws.

AkkyApps aims to keep supported apps working on the OS versions and devices listed in each app’s App Store page. However, future OS updates, device changes, App Store requirements, and Apple API changes may affect app behavior.
We do not guarantee that an app will continue to work forever on every future OS or device. When continued maintenance is no longer practical, we may change features, end support, or remove an app from distribution.
AkkyApps is operated by an individual developer. We will make reasonable efforts to review support requests, but response time and availability are not guaranteed.
